Bell’s Fine Clothing makes its home in historic Winchester, Virginia. The oldest city west of the Blue Ridge Mountains (incorporated in 1752), our fair city is home to a wealth of history - beautiful architecture, Civil War battlefields and headquarters, and even Revolutionary War history. While Winchester may be a historic city, we don’t live in the past – the city is bustling with new and well-established businesses, entertainment venues, beautiful parks, farmer’s markets, a winery and soon-to-open brewery, wonderful restaurants (over 35 in Old Town alone!) ranging from casual to fine dining, great shopping, and incredible events.
